MARCH 2014

New Challenges for March
Please give me feedback on what you are up to and what you have done. Do it via mail (PierrePressure.one@gmail.com) or comment, and please send photos so we can post it on the blog.

Ready.........Steady...........Goooo!!!!

Happy!
I will not challenge you to be happy for a 100 days (100 day happy challenge)
Let’s keep it simple and achievable, it’s not about your happiness but more the happiness of those around you. What are you willing to do to guarantee the happiness of others? How far are you willing to go past your comfort zone to bring a smile to ones face?

Lets find out;

You know how they say it’s better to give than to receive, right? Well, it’s true. So your challenge is to do something completely selfless. Do something kind for another person. Friend or stranger, doesn't matter. Even though you're doing something selfless, you may end up feeling selfish because it feels so darn good.

1. Now this is gona be old school - Everyone wants to know that     they are loved and appreciated. Encourage them to follow their dreams, especially if no one else will by sending them a hand-written letter.

2. One easy way to make somebody feel appreciated and validated is to simply hear them out. Be a ear to someone in need, just listen to someone without judging them. No need to even give advice, just support and sympathy. It could change the world for one person.

3. Make someone feel appreciated. Compliment them sincerely by telling them that they are doing a great job. My personal favourite is to tell a waiter or petrol attendant that they are doing a wonderful job and that I appreciate it a lot. That expression ..... Priceless.

My personal Challenges
1. Volunteer to do general home maintenance for a senior citizen, free of charge.

2. Organize a free, public nutrition awareness campaign.

3. Volunteer to clean up trash around a neighborhood.

I dare you to dare me..........Post a comment with your challenge.

NOVEMBER 2013

Challenges to my followers
Due to the fact that PierrePressure is all about the solo pressure from one individual towards the Peer. Pierrepressure challenge no........dare each and every one to do only one thing each day that the “Peer” fails to do. Here are some examples from the author’s point of view.

Three challenges will be posted each month.
Please give me feedback on what you are up to and what you have done. Do it via mail (PierrePressure.one@gmail.com) or commend, and please send photos so we can post it on the blog.

Ready.........Steady...........Goooo!!!!

Ø  The majority (Peer) would walk pass that paper/plastic bag without even noticing it lying there, PierrePressure dare you to pick it up and throw it in a dustbin. This does not mean that you have to vacuum every little piece of paper along your way, just the obvious.
Ø  Whenever you see an elderly person in a mall or shopping centre, go to that person and greet him/her in a friendly manner and just ask.........how are you today? That’s it.
Ø  And for the last one, tell your parents that you love them and that you appreciate them, by phone, by mail, in person or by post......just let them know that they are approved as parents.  Parents want to be accepted just like we want to be accepted. Tell them.........!

My personal Challenges
Let’s make this even more daring and interesting, I dare you and you dare me..........Post a comment with your challenge.

  2. Yes please, the aim is to let everyone participate. There will be tree challenges posted every month, choose any one you feel comfortable with (Not always the easiest one LOL) Take that challenge and make it your own.

Take some fodies along the way or just write some feedback of what you have done, experienced and achieved through the challenge.

And most of all, suggestions are more than welcome. The more feedback we receive from participants, the more participants we will receive.

Thanks a million for the comment and I hope sincerely that you will be one of the participants. Be awesome.

    The PierrePressure Team.

  5. Thank you Ruan for the opportunity to be part of your organisation. I was amazed to see what you are doing for the homeless, broken and weak. What caught me is the fact that they are normal human beings just like you and me, and only need love, care and a second chance. It takes nothing to get there, but a lot of courage and perseverance to rise from the bottom.

It is an honor to do something for Moeggesukkel.
And thanks for the LOGO guys its awesome, the potential in your organisation is phenomenal. you ouks rock.

Tonight is gonna be awesome. Its a pity that we wont see you there but definitely next Friday.

    In Blessings
    P
